Hi, I'm Burcu.
I'm a health coach, recipe developer, and mom who learned first-hand how much food can change how you feel.

My story
When I was trying to grow our family, I went looking for anything that could help. An elimination diet taught me more about my body than years of generic advice had. By removing likely triggers and then carefully adding foods back, I found out what worked for me. (Spoiler: it worked, and we have a little one to prove it.)
The hardest part wasn't the science. It was dinner. Most “elimination-friendly” recipes were bland, complicated, or nothing my family wanted to eat. So I started creating my own.
Elimination Kitchen grew out of that. It's a place for the recipes, feeding guides, and coaching I wish I'd had: practical, evidence-informed, and actually delicious.
Evidence-informed, never extreme
I trained as a health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. There I studied more than 100 dietary theories alongside behaviour change, and I've focused my practice on functional and elimination-style eating.
An elimination diet is a short-term tool for learning about your body, not a way to live forever. My goal is always to widen your plate again.
What I specialise in
- Gluten-free, legume-free, and nightshade-free cooking
- Elimination and structured reintroduction
- Nourishing meals for fertility and pregnancy
- Starting solids and feeding toddlers
- Kid-approved meals with sensible amounts of sugar
- Habit change that lasts past the protocol
What a health coach does (and doesn't do)
As a health coach I help you put nutrition and lifestyle changes into practice. That means planning, recipes, accountability, and support. I don't diagnose or treat medical conditions or prescribe supplements or medication. I'm happy to work alongside your physician, registered dietitian, or pediatrician, and I'll always encourage you to involve them.
