How it works

Four simple steps

Discovery call

We meet for 20 minutes to talk about your goals and decide together whether coaching is a good fit.

Plan

I review your intake and build an elimination plan with recipes and a shopping list, made for you.

Eliminate & learn

Weekly sessions keep you on track, and I help you adjust as we go.

Reintroduce & thrive

We add foods back one at a time, so you leave knowing what works for your body.

Is coaching right for you?

Coaching is a great fit if you:

  • Have ongoing bloating, fatigue, skin issues, or a “something's off” feeling and want a structured way to explore food
  • Are preparing for pregnancy or are pregnant and want to feel nourished
  • Have been told to try an elimination diet and don't know where to begin
  • Want calm, confident mealtimes with your baby or toddler

Coaching complements medical care but doesn't replace it. If you have a diagnosed condition, a history of disordered eating, or you're pregnant, we'll make sure your healthcare provider is involved.
